• Fresh juice & cool towel on arrival, you will be met by our English speaking staff who will familiarise you with the villa.

• 3 large bedrooms, all with 4 poster king size beds and mosquito nets, all with their own large marble en-suites which have separate bath and shower. All are air-conditioned and open directly onto the tropical gardens. 2 bedrooms have their own TV & DVD players. Plenty of wardrobe space and suitcase storage. Each room has a safe for the storage of your passport and valuables.

• Choice of breakfasts, choose from a selection of tropical fruits and a banana pancake to eggs with toast with jam or vegemite, all cooked to order. There is always freshly squeezed juice, freshly brewed coffee and tea.

• Enjoy either outdoor, pool-side or in-room dining.

• Beautiful and fully developed tropical garden, it's full of coconut palms, frangipani and papaya tress and many other delightful flowers and plants. Help yourself to a fresh coconut or sit in one of the quiet, peaceful spots.

• Book library, many titles to choose from for your holiday reading pleasure.

• TV room with cable channels, local stations and a DVD player. There are lots of complimentary DVD's for your viewing pleasure.

• A good quality sound system into which you can plug your iPod; or you can just enjoy one of the many CD's provided.

• Large open plan living area which opens directly onto the tropical garden.

• Well appointed and fully equipped large terrazzo kitchen with all modern appliances. You may even feel like buying fresh fish and local produce to cook a meal for yourself and friends.

• Large swimming pool with a smaller side pool, it is maintained daily and is always sparkling clean and refreshing. There are 2 pool-side sun-bathing lounges.

• Massage 'bale' with fan, situated in the garden for that special treatment.
